DSW operates 20 presses, ranging from 100 to 1000 tons, to manufacture zinc alloy die-casting components for both low and high-volume production programs. Our services include zinc hot chamber die casting, aluminium-zinc hot or cold chamber, high-pressure die casting, and aluminium die casting. Prototype Manufacturing
DSW has the ability to create prototype zinc die castings in smaller quantities for clients who need low-volume production. These methods include plaster injection mold castings, CNC machining and hog-outs, direct metal laser sintering (DMLS), and P-20 tooling.
